We take accountability for our operational impact, and actively look for opportunities to influence our value chain.

Our people and partners

We believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace leads to better decisions and better business outcomes. We have specific Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles and continually strive to create a more inclusive culture. We also recognise there are opportunities to play a costructive role in influencing our value chain.

Our community

We are proud to partner with organisations supporting people experiencing homelessness and social disadvantage. Many of our employees volunteer their time with Sacred Heart Mission, St Canice’s Kitchen and EatUp Australia. Since inception, we have delivered more than 1,000 hours of staff support to a wide range of community groups and charities.

Our environment

Yarra is a proud Climate Active certified carbon neutral business. We procure a diverse portfolio of carbon offset projects, including nature-based initiatives with social co-benefits. In our offices, we have introduced initiatives to reduce our impact on the environment through energy and resource efficiency, waste management and water savings measures.
