We also recognise there are opportunities to play a costructive role in influencing our value chain.

Our community

We are proud to partner with organisations supporting people experiencing homelessness and social disadvantage. Many of our employees volunteer their time with Sacred Heart Mission, St Canice’s Kitchen and EatUp Australia. Since inception, we have delivered more than 1,000 hours of staff support to a wide range of community groups and charities.

Our environment

Yarra is a proud Climate Active certified carbon neutral business. We procure a diverse portfolio of carbon offset projects, including nature-based initiatives with social co-benefits. In our offices, we have introduced initiatives to reduce our impact on the environment through energy and resource efficiency, waste management and water savings measures.
